I did quite a bit of research before choosing this first aid kit, and I am pleased with the purchase. The items aren't cheap versions, and there is extra room to add supplies. The one issue I have is that the contents don't match the description from the web site, so I didn't receive exactly what I expected. Here are actual amounts of supplies that differ from the site's description:

I looked on the www and visited a few stores to get the most for my money. I found this kit to be the least expensive kit for the amount of items offered. I am confident that this kit will meet almost any camping/RVing emergency :)

Well rounded first aid kit with very good coverage, but the plastic case doesn’t have sufficient UV protection. I had it stored in the back of my SUV and in a year and a half the case became so brittle it just crumbled in my hands. So good first aid kit if you store it out of direct sunlight.

To be 100% honest, I got a Sam's membership to buy these kits (among other things).
Let's everyone admit: First Aid Kits are ripoffs in terms of price. It's even possible that this one is too - because if you really try, you could put it together for less. But it's the cheapest CHEAPEST kit I could find in a decent hard box. And they're a great start. You can pay 3/4 of the price and get 1/4 of the items/value (or less). If you look everywhere else, these kits go for 3x the money.
One important thing about First Aid Kits - they are a covered expense if you have an FSA account - so you can buy them with pre-tax money. And you can't really do that with the standalone supplies inside, if you bought them separately (though it might still be cheaper).
I got 3 - one for each car and one to keep at home.
I added a few things: a lighter, a cheap folding knife, some anti-allergy meds (really, if you think about it, something like generic Benadryl is more critical than some of the included meds - heartburn might not kill you, but anaphylaxis will). I like that there's room to add more stuff.
I plan to add a metal tweezer, small bottle of hand sanitizer, more alcohol swabs (Sam's has a 400-pack for $3.98), iodine/povidone swabs, triple-antibiotic cream in a small tube, lip balm, insect repellent, sunscreen, activated charcoal, maybe even some cordage, even a small sewing kit. I know, this is a FAK and not a GHB, but if you are stranded for a few hours (but not abandoning your vehicle), all of those things might come in handy - roadside assistance trucks ALWAYS take HOURS.
In the future I may just restock these with stuff I can get in bulk on the cheap and maybe not exactly following the same checklist, but it's so much easier to get these as a head-start.
